Bob's natural foods is a family owned natural foods grocery in Long Beach, New York.  Serving our community since 1975, we carry  natural and organic products in our grocery, produce, body care and vitamin departments.

     In our juice bar we make  organic fresh vegetable juices, wheatgrass, fresh frozen fruit and high protein smoothies, wraps, salads,vegan gluten and dairy free soups and specials.  Customers rave about the soups.  All are bob's own recipes.  Some of the favorites are: Barley Mushroom, Ginger Squash, Lima Bean, Cashew Coconut Curry, Lentil & Veggie Medeley.  Bob makes one or two soups a day, and a special vegetable dish.
