One thing that I have learned is that healthy food tastes good. After years of tasting and testing, I’ve created all of the recipes for the food we serve. With few exceptions we use certified organically grown produce in the juices, wraps, salads, soups, and specials. The specials are "Vegan-Friendly" meaning that they are Vegan, unless otherwise labeled. Our smoothies are made with either unfiltered apple juice, unsweetened juice blends, soy or rice milks, & frozen berries and fruits without ice or artificial sweeteners.  Our protein powders are either GMO-FREE (genetically modified organisms) Soy or high quality L-Glutamine enriched Whey Protein.

I  cook organic vegetables and beans in a crock pot over night and season it the next morning with herbs. By not overheating the herbs they retain their medicinal and flavorful properties. Believe me when I tell you that these common herbs are vastly under rated for their amazing benefits.  My preferred herbs are dill, basil, oregano, curry, tumeric, thyme, ginger, garlic, whole mustard seed, caraway & celery seeds,  black and cayenne pepper. Each of the herbs not only enhance the flavor of the soup, but have medicinal qualities as well. With few exceptions, which are noted on the sign, the soups and specials are gluten and dairy free.

"Green Live Foods", such as Blue Green Algae, Spirulina, Wheatgrass, and freshly juiced vegetable greens have amazing healing and restorative benefits. Basically, you feel better, look better, think more clearly, have more energy, & rarely get sick if you use them.  I wouldn't start my day without them.

All the wraps are made with whole wheat chapatti, pocketless pita, or gluten free rice tortilla* organic romaine lettuce, mesclun greens, shredded carrots, tomatoes, sunflower sprouts, and dressing.
